The most difficult moments that I have been through in the begining of new year “2010”, when I was kicked today from regnetu for 7200 seconds.  This happened after I have killed --by mistake offcourse-- my teammate Mungrif. Sure all of you know Lieutenant BOT Mungrif… 
Comrades ... an autokick of 7200 sec is too long. Is it possible that this time become shorter?

No way, bro. Backfiring the most important brass in the middle of battle is simply unacceptable! 
Take it or not, soldier, now go feel the shame before someone charges you fifteen days in jug for such a war crime.  |

Thanks Bela for your advise  however i have to avoid a 60 days in jug as i have been auto-kicked another 3 times since my previous post

well, this has been discussed already in other post, but i can try to summarize some hints which could help you to avoid being banned:
you will be banned if:
you have negative xp score (so it's good to earn some xp before starts shooting bots in your team  )
you will have too much teamkills in a row (or just team shots, what i understood from bell) - and here is not much to advice... just aim carefully...
you also shouldn't use nasty words in the begining of your game, while some xp will be taken away from you when you are auto-muted
and it's not also good to deploying landmines when you have no xp, because our brave bots are not scared of those so many engineers who deployed landmines were kicked because of bots...
that's all, i was able to collect from the other posts, hopefully it will help you...
